| Bio: | In this life we have this bottle.We take this bottle and we add pain.Those hurtful comments, those painful thoughts,All added in.Cruel body language and angered fights are added to our mix.Throw in some feelings of loneliness & some painful tears of torment.Each word, each phrase tears a hole into our soul.All these things are thrown into this bottle, and everything builds.Never once removing the cap.With every hurt and let down the contents build and build.Until there is nowhere for them to go.This bottle that we all keep is hidden so deep inside and we never free the contents until it shatters inside of us. The pain from the shattered glass all breaks out like an explosion.And once all is done,a new bottle is set in place.It begins all over again.Yet,there is a way to stop this.Tragedy.This thought of an explosion.Set free your emotions on paper to yourself and to friends.
